I had been in rental accommodation for 2 years after moving to Netherlands from abroad and it was time for me to buy a house, however I found the thought of going through the whole process very overwhelming. DVA Makelaars were recommended by a friend and I’m so happy I contacted them. Pascal and his team made the process stress and hassle free, he accompanied me to viewings, provided advice on location and explained how the whole process worked. Pascal was crucial at the time of bidding and negotiations and I felt supported all along the way. Their service was excellent but also the human approach and friendly disposition were very important to me, as it made the experience pleasant overall. I have now the house I was looking for! I am very satisfied with their service and would certainly recommend them.

Four years ago Tineke bought this apartment for me. I find the way that she worked truly professional and personal. I had immediately the click during the first appointment with them. I was very happy with the way she worked, the price and the apartment itself. After the purchase I hired their service several times to rent it for me. Pascal makes fantastic photos for hourses. I have been very satisfied with their serivice and I won't consider another agency easily for my next purchase/selling. I highly recommend DVA Makelaars!
